Zoë is a qualified massage therapist working from her cozy home studio in magical Mangawhai. She offers holistic bodywork therapies, specialising in face massage and abdominal massage, tending the emotional body. Although much of her practice tends to women, Zoë also welcomes and works with male clients.

Offering warm, respectful care, Zoë weaves with your body's medicine to help restore ease and natural flow to form & wairua, opens space for insight in your life’s expression, and reconnects you with the beauty that is uniquely you.

While practising towards her massage diploma, Zoë discovered her innate intuitive gifts and went on to train in many more complementary modalities that inform what she offers today. Zoë has a special way of listening in to the body, and to the vibrant life held within it. A unique and integral part of most sessions is her gentle sharing of these insights and inner wisdoms with you as the treatment unfolds — words that are ultimately from you, for you, reflected back with clarity and compassion. Sound, breath, scent & touch combine to create a soothing, held space.

Zoë is certified in Face Up sculpting massage, fascial unwinding, c‑section release & belly massage. She has also undertaken personal studies in menstrual cycle awareness, Chinese medicine, energetic patterning & flow, and belly self‑care. Working from this broad skillset of practical learnings, alongside her deeper, relational way of tending the body & being, she offers unique, personalised and holistic care.
