Zoë brings a devotional, holistic & intentional approach to working with the body. A qualified massage therapist working from her beautiful home studio in Mangawhai Village, Zoë offers healing bodywork sessions through face, head, upper body & abdominal therapies. With a comprehensive background of practical modalities, Zoë is also a seer & intuitive with a gift & deep love for helping others embody their living beauty & connect with their own medicine. Although many of her clientele are women, Zoë happily welcomes men, as well as teens/children on request.
Zoë has a special way of listening to the body, and the life within & around it. A unique and integral part of many sessions is her gentle sharing of insights and inner wisdoms with you as the treatment unfolds, while weaving with life-flow energy and the felt senses along the way. With that being said, quietness naturally happens for those needing deep, restorative rest during session.
While one-off treatments are wonderful, Zoë truly excels when she guides you through a series of treatments or through ongoing care. By devoting yourself to care for your body & life-flow over time, you will get to experience each treatment’s uniqueness as Zoë meets you where you are at & supports what wants to be gathered or moved within your being, each time. For those who develop a relationship with this process through regular appointments, Bespoke Sessions naturally can become an option for future bookings.
As well as a Diploma in Wellness & Relaxation Massage, Zoë is certified in Face Up™ sculpting massage, fascial unwinding, scar release, the C‑Section Release Method™ & abdominal massage. She has also undertaken personal studies in menstrual cycle awareness, Chinese medicine, Holistic Pelvic Care™, energetic patterning & trauma-informed care, Contact Care™ flinchlock release and belly self‑care.
