Holistic Beauty & Belly Care
Skillfully trained in the unique Face Up™ method, Zoë's somatic face sculpting massages are a beautifully soothing flow of deep tissue massage & bodywork techniques to unwind tension held in the face, jaw & upper body so you see and FEEL your true beauty & vitality. Buccal (intra-oral) massage can be included to release deeper tension in your jaw and surrounding areas.
Belly care takes form through Zoë’s personally curated Vital Flow treatments to support emotional wellbeing, post-partum, womb, breath & digestive health & so much more. C-section Release provides vital care for mothers healing from c-section birth through breath assessment, myofascial therapy & gentle scar release to help you reconnect with your body and come back to you.
Zoë also offers a treatment especially for all the beautiful-souled men out there. Cranial Unwind has evolved to now provide a fusion of face, head & upper body massage & cranial release of the fascia to unwind stress, calm the mental landscape and bring the nervous system back to the present.
During these slow, intentional treatments, enjoy beautifully scented, organic products, guided breath & soothing, skilled hands as Zoë gently addresses restrictive patterns in the fascia, slow lymphatics & nervous system imbalances. Regain & retain your natural beauty, support mental and emotional wellness & enhance breath quality.
Zoë is also an Intuitive; one of her abilities is reading energetic charges or patterns in the body (which are like unresolved stressors, and are sometimes felt as tension, pain, hardness or numbness) as the emotions, thoughts or ways of being and the beliefs, experiences or relationships they are connected to. These insights may be shared in real-time as they show up, which, while you are deeply relaxed & receiving skilled bodywork, is very healing - allowing somatic release to return flow and comfort to your wairua & body, and provide opportunity for insight & freedom in your life.
While one-off treatments are beneficial and can make wonderful gifts, it's great to be open to a course of sessions to achieve more profound results.
