As an Intuitive & Seer, Zoë listens as the body shares, while helping your vital flow to ground and alchemise. One of Zoë’s abilities is reading charges or patterns in the body as the emotions, ways of being, experiences or relationships they are connected to, and articulating the changes taking place and the medicine coming through as it happens in real-time during session. Receiving these insights aurally while you are deeply relaxed & receiving skilled bodywork is very healing - ushering in the release or integration required to return flow and ease to your wairua & body, and provide opportunity for insight & freedom in your life’s expression moving forwards.
Skilfully trained in the Face Up™ sculpting face massage method, and infused with her other learnings and own unique way of working, Zoë's Face Alchemy sessions are a beautiful flow of guided breath, botanical skincare & soothing bodywork to unwind tension held in the face, jaw & upper body so you can see & feel your true beauty & vitality. Unwinding of the cranial fascia is an optional add-on, as is diaphragm release. Buccal (intra-oral) massage can also be added to successive treatments to release deeper tension in your jaw and surrounding areas.
Belly care takes form through Zoë’s personally curated Belly Release treatments to support in areas such as scar release, opening the breath, post-partum, womb, digestive or liver health & so much more through breath and scar assessment, myofascial therapy, visceral massage & somatic care.
Zoë also offers a Cranial Unwind treatment which has evolved to now provide a fusion of head & upper body massage as well as cranial release of the fascia to unwind stress, calm the mental landscape and bring the nervous system back to the present. This is an excellent option for the menfolk, too.
During these slow, intentional treatments, enjoy the Mukti, Tui and EmbodyMe ranges of skincare & oils as Zoë gently addresses restrictive patterns in the fascia, slow lymphatics, nervous system imbalances and old patterns that are keeping you from showing up in the present in your true, beautiful way. While one-off treatments are beneficial and can make wonderful gifts, it's great to be open to a course of sessions or regular treatments to achieve more profound results. This soothing treatment is a fusion of massage, myofascial release & cranial release techniques to care for the head, neck & shoulders through slow, intentional massage & gentle yet effective holds to unwind fascial restrictions due to injury, energetic blocks or trauma. Combined with soothing scent, sound and guided breath, this session will helped to unwind mental tension, restore the nervous system and encourage a heart-based way of being. Diaphragm release can be added on to this treatment, too.
